Java Developer (JA-MY-2009-100007)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/technical certification in Computer Science or related and 3 - 5 years of actual work experience.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of management, users and vendors.
• Strong analysis/solution design skills; Strong analytical problem solving skills.
• In depth knowledge and understanding of Software Development methodologies.
• Have at least  3 - 5 years system analysis, development, implementation and post production support working experience on  Java (J2EE, JSP, Javascript, servlets), Struts, XML, with knowledge of web server and application server is preferred (SunOne web server or TOMCAT or JBOSS or Iplanet or Websphere etc).

Additional Preferred Skill Sets

• Familiar with "Spring Framework".
• Familiar with OR Mapping Tools (Toplink, Hibernate, IBATIS).
• Familiar with one of the following.
• PL/SQL in Oracle 9i/10G/11i.
• Javascript (AJAX, DHTML and utilized any Open Source Javascript libs).
• Experienced in JSR-168 Portal Development would be added advantage.
• Knowledge in HRM systems would be added advantage.
• Production support experience preferred.
