Senior Cobol Developer (JA-MY-2009-100004)

Specifications

• Effective communication, interpersonal, organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of management, users and vendors.
• Strong analysis/solution design skills.
• Strong analytical problem solving skills.
• In depth knowledge and understanding of Software Development methodologies.

Requirements

• Required to have MicroFocus COBOL and preferably JCL and VSAM.
• Have at least 2 years corporate system experience, development, implementation and post production support working experience in Mainframe (Cobol, CICS, Focus, Easytrieve), with knowledge of DB2, IMS database and CMMI/QMS is an added advantag.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalen.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
